System Components

The process began with capturing an accurate impression of the patient’s limb and recording all key measurements. These physical references were used to develop the prosthetic system, ensuring the geometry aligned with both the patient’s anatomy

Design & Development Process

Final Model Documentation:

  • Final Assembly: Fully vacuum-formed and assembled Model-T system with corrugation.

  • Shell Detailing: Surface contouring and component transitions that reflect the updated design language.

  • Spine Plate Integration: Foam lining and hinge positioning tested for anatomical accuracy.
